Democracy On The Block Gatherings
Through boots-on-the-ground organizing, connection to supportive live community calls, voter education, and community collaboration, Democracy On The Block reaffirms voting as a joyful expression of community power and upholding our rights under the Constitution.
Democracy Protection Trainings
Democracy Protection trainings educate community members about their voting rights and election laws to help ensure our constitutional rights are upheld on Election Day.
Democracy Observer trainings offer:
Skills to observe, report, and respond to voter suppression and intimidation
A review of key MN election laws and voting rights
Gain resources/frameworks to organize community-care-focused election protection in your area/neighborhood and support other areas
Resources in the case of voter intimidation or suppression

Rides-To-The-Polls Initiative
MN Voice, in partnership with Neighbors Helping Neighbors, an autonomous community of volunteers, is supporting residents across the State of MN with transportation to and from their polling place. Civic Engagement
Minnesota Voices Civic Engagement Program focuses on engaging community participation in democracy at every level of public life. A primary goal of the program is to build opportunities for traditionally disenfranchised individuals and groups to participate and effect change, and demonstrate that they can make a difference. Civic engagement is more than getting people engaged and active in their community, it is also about institutional and organizational change. Through voter education initiatives, candidate forums and organizational training opportunities we are building a foundation for lasting change.
Immigrant Defense Network
Minnesota Voice is a partner of the Immigrant Defense Network and an anchor partner for the Electoral Steering Committee.
Established in 2025, the Immigrant Defense Network (IDN) is a network of over 90 immigrant, labor, legal, faith, and community organizations dedicated to protecting and advancing the constitutional rights of immigrant communities across Minnesota. In the face of ongoing and escalating threats to immigrant rights, IDN delivers trusted information, referrals to legal support, and coordinated educational activities. Immigrants are the backbone of Minnesota’s economy, cultural richness, and civic life. We all deserve to live with dignity and without fear.
