When this training is complete, you will leave with four things:

1. A clear understanding of the Democracy Observer role

2. Skills to identify, document, and report voting rights violations (especially voter intimidation)

3. Confidence in using the S.T.A.N.D and S.A.L.U.T.E frameworks

4. Direct connection to the Democracy Observer Network, organized through Minnesota Voice and the Immigrant Defense Network
